Sawyer

We are waiting patiently for our little Sawyer to arrive. She is due in about 9 weeks. We finally got her room done, thanks to Grandma Vicky. We can't wait for her to be healthy and happy.

Our Family

The Stanger Family established 1997.... Jason and I have been married for 12 years. I love the heck out of him, most of the time :). We have two children Jayden 11 and Karter 9. We love to go camping and boating in the summer and love snowmobiling in the winter. We love doing anything as long as it is the 4 of us. We live a busy, crazy life with Jason and I working full time. Well, I guess you can say Jason works full time :) I am an RN, I work in home health. It is flexible but, is very stressful. Some days I want to hide under a rock. It pays the bills with extra, so I try not to complain too much. Jayden is now playing volleyball and Karter is in basketball, so we pretty much run every direction possible. We sure do enjoy it though. We endure all that life throws at us together and grow stronger because of it. We have learned to live by the saying: Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass. It's about learning to dance in the rain.

Go Fer-It Christmas Party 08

We started out at La Fiesta with dinner and drinks. We then made it to The Pocket, all made it safely, of course, some more aware than others. We were able to get some good pictures of Jason's dad Randy. We don't see him much so it was great. There is one picture with Jason and Randy, lol it shows just how tall Jason is compared to his dad. HAHA :) My brother Brad showed up for awhile, it was great to see him, it had been a long time. We played some pool and drank some more, we had a blast. We were able to hang out with Jason's cousin Lex and his girlfriend. He is so stinken cute and funny, good job Micki! We then all made it safely to the Klover Klub, by this time we were all in such a good mood we karaoked, and danced. Jose and Zeb should stay off the floor when they are that happy! LOL. It was a great afternoon and night. We did start the party at 3 that afternoon and made it home around 1 in the morning. Good times, Good times!

Our House

So, as all may know of the total loss of our home due to a fire on November 1, 2008. We have decided to post pictures of what our home looked like before that horrible day. We will eventually show the pictures of the aftermath, but as of right now choose to remember the finished product of our year of hard work. We hope you all enjoy the pictures of what it looked like at one point in time.

The Fire

With the fire investigation over, we've decided to post some pictures from the fire. The Investigators found that the fire started in our Navigator, the car was so destroyed that they were unable to distinguish what caused the fire to start. So, to sum it up the fire was started by the navigator but the caus was inconclusive. We were able to get in and search for anything that was left, we found our safe, everything inside was okay. We found our cedar chest which had my wedding dress, the kids blessing dresses and their clothes they were brought home from the hospital in, all unharmed. We also found the box that had the scrapbook and wedding pictures, they are a little burnt but salvageable. We think my grandma's bedroom set that was in the spare bedroom will be okay. It looks like that is all we will be able to save, everything else is pretty much ash.
